About the role
Join AthenaHQ as our third sales hire, where you will take charge of the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals. Collaborate closely with our founders, contribute to shaping our go-to-market strategy, and leverage customer insights to influence product development.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure mid-market to enterprise-level deals
Manage and achieve revenue targets
Collaborate on messaging strategy, positioning, and sales playbooks
Develop scalable sales processes and tools
Provide valuable product feedback to inform the roadmap
What We’re Looking For
1-5+ years of experience in SaaS sales (preferably in MarTech or B2B)
Demonstrated success in closing deals worth $25K–$80K+ in Annual Contract Value
Exceptional communication skills, curiosity, and proactive mindset
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and enjoy building from the ground up
