Key Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential clients. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding client needs, and delivering impactful presentations. Close deals by developing strong relationships, clearly articulating our services, addressing concerns, and finalizing contracts. Commit to at least 20 hours weekly for prospecting new opportunities. Maintain and regularly update your customer relationship management (CRM) system with client information. Keep your Hot 25 list in the CRM up to date and organized. Promote a positive work environment through respectful communication with clients, teammates, and supervisors. Assist with additional tasks as directed by management. Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in a recent role focused on outside sales. Demonstrated success with at least 2 full calendar years consistently exceeding 105% of sales targets, as evidenced by scorecards or dashboards. Exceptional skills in prospecting and expanding a sales territory. Proficient in CRM systems with meticulous attention to detail for data entry and organization. Sales training certifications (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie) are highly desirable. Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales transactions. Outgoing, energetic personality with a friendly demeanor. A positive, proactive attitude that embraces challenges. Well-structured approach to sales processes, guiding clients from prospecting to closing. Excellent communication abilities for both group presentations and individual meetings.
