Your Responsibilities Include:
- Promoting the company's offerings effectively under the mentorship of senior management.
- Achieving regular sales targets for our products and services while maintaining budgeted pricing standards.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to develop unique selling propositions.
- Managing daily sales operations, including proposals, service agreements, and handling client inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Updating sales records in the system and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Timely collection of payments, ensuring all transactions are processed within two days.
- Conducting client visits to build rapport and perform necessary inspections or presentations.
- Resolving client issues promptly in alignment with company policies.
- Working closely with team members to facilitate payment collections.
- Flexibility to conduct on-site inspections as required.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A minimum of a Diploma in a related field with a proven sales record.
- A successful track record in converting leads and meeting KPIs.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
- The ability to work onsite and accompany technical teams on client visits.
- In-depth understanding of business clients in the designated regions.
- Self-motivated and thrive on overcoming challenges.
- A valid driving license and own vehicle, with residency in Malaysia.

- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and solution-oriented skills.
- A knack for exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to connect with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional local languages being a plus.
