A minimum of two years experience in F&I, sales management, or general management. In-depth understanding of automobile dealership operations and processes. Outstanding presentation, communication (both written and verbal), and sales abilities. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Willingness to learn and utilize the company CRM. Extensive travel within the assigned territory is required. Reliable transportation is essential. A collaborative team player who is also a self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

Join our team as a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager, focusing on client acquisition and relationship enhancement within our automotive insurance division. The successful candidate will possess substantial industry expertise, exceptional networking skills, and a demonstrated success in B2B sales and client management, particularly within the automotive or insurance sectors.

  • Identify and secure new automotive dealership accounts.
  • Establish and forecast performance objectives for yourself and dealership partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Enhance F&I product sales and overall F&I performance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for newly acquired accounts.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Conduct dealership staff training across sales, service, and accounting departments.
