Role Overview
The Business Development Representative will help grow Loadshift’s customer base. This role focuses on generating and qualifying new business leads, setting up meetings for the sales team, and supporting the company’s growth plans. Success in this position depends on initiative, strong relationship-building skills, and a knack for spotting new business opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to uncover new business opportunities
- Qualify incoming leads and arrange meetings for the sales team
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers
- Research and identify key decision-makers in target companies
- Work closely with sales and marketing to improve lead generation efforts
