Position Overview:

We are in pursuit of exceptional sales talent! Our representatives enjoy uncapped commissions, with top performers earning between $80,000 and $90,000 in commissions and performance bonuses.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Call Center Representative to become part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will reach out to prospective customers, assess their insurance product needs, and facilitate connections with our licensed agents. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to effectively engage customers through warm calling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make over 200 outbound calls daily to introduce our products and services to potential customers.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Encourage customers to obtain competitive quotes from licensed agents.
  • Utilize warm calling strategies to establish rapport with prospective clients.
  • Achieve or surpass daily call quotas while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

  • Note: This position is remote but will transition to in-office (Las Vegas, NV – near the airport) in 2026.
