Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations & Calendar Management

  • Complex Calendar Coordination: Manage intricate, high-volume schedules for the executive team, skillfully resolving conflicts and anticipating shifts in priorities.
  • Workflow Optimization: Oversee office deadlines and manage internal processes to keep leadership ahead of critical milestones.
  • Global Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans, including visa requirements, ground logistics, and expense reports.
  • Event & Hospitality Management: Lead the organization and execution of meetings, team-building activities, and high-profile hospitality events, ensuring seamless catering and venue logistics.

Cross-Functional Liaison & Communication

  • Internal Diplomacy: Serve as the primary contact point between executives and internal departments, facilitating effective communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Professional Representation: Welcome visitors and represent the company with professionalism and grace.
