Key Responsibilities:
Participate in regular client training sessions to stay informed on industry trends and product offerings.
Manage new customer account creation and update existing accounts as necessary.
Collaborate with management to efficiently plan and execute goals, ensuring team sales objectives are achieved.
Engage directly with potential and current customers on behalf of our clients to uphold brand integrity.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and management.
Train and mentor new representatives.
