We are on the lookout for an Outside Sales Representative who will spearhead our growth initiatives by forging strategic alliances with property owners, developers, and operators within the office and multifamily sectors. In this role, you will formulate territory strategies, nurture new relationships, and lead deals from initial contact to closing. This position is ideal for a driven sales professional with a strong understanding of real estate, a proven track record of building trust and partnerships from the ground up, and the determination to surpass sales targets in a fast-growing environment.

Your Sales Focus:
Initiate outbound prospecting and develop relationships with new accounts
Conduct high-volume outreach to convert leads into valuable opportunities
Manage intricate sales cycles and secure multi-site partnerships
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and chase new business opportunities within assigned territories
Establish relationships with property groups and portfolio owners from first contact to partnership
Maintain a high-activity pipeline with effective conversion rates and deal velocity
Close long-term, multi-site contracts through consultative selling and value presentation
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance messaging and sales processes
