Education and ExperienceA Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred; alternatively, five years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong ability to read and interpret safety protocols, operational procedures, and maintenance guidelines. Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence. Effective verbal communication skills for presentations to groups of customers or organizational employees. Mathematical proficiency for calculating discounts, commissions, and other numerical data, with an understanding of basic algebra and geometry principles. Adept at solving practical issues and managing a range of concrete variables with limited standardization. Skillful in interpreting various forms of instructions, including written, oral, and diagrammatic formats. Capable of maintaining positive and respected working relationships with clients and prospects. Proficient in presenting and communicating innovative ideas and concepts in both public and private settings. Ability to exercise independent judgment with significant organizational impact, particularly regarding pricing strategies. Familiarity with software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SalesLogix.

Join BAMKO as a Regional Sales Representative, where your primary role is to implement sales strategies effectively. You will engage with both existing and potential clients, identify their unique needs, and provide tailored merchandise solutions. Responsibilities include preparing sample packs of customized products for dealerships, which encompass service items, used cars, and promotional apparel. Additionally, you will manage new account information, craft comprehensive sales write-ups, and ensure consistent follow-up with clients.

** This position features an uncapped commission structure alongside a guaranteed base salary. **

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficiently manage your time to balance sales efforts with customer service for prospects and new clients.
Obtain signed agreements and customer information sheets from new clients.
Generate documentation for order processing and travel reports.
Collaborate with the art department and order entry teams regarding current client projects.
Reach out to prospective customers to establish their buying cycles, identify customer requirements, and develop supplier relationships.
Drive sales growth within designated accounts.
Secure and place orders while considering delivery timelines and inventory levels for optimal fulfillment.
Gather vendor quotes for the Regional Account Sales Manager.
Other duties as needed.
