You will blend strategic foresight with hands-on execution, ensuring seamless operations across all online sales channels in alignment with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement all e-commerce initiatives, ensuring smooth daily operations across online platforms.
  • Manage daily order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and customer service across all channels.
  • Craft and own the e-commerce strategy, KPIs, and P&L to boost sales and profitability.
  • Oversee account management for all sales channel partners and vendors.
  • Lead the workflows for new product setups and listings (proficiency in Arabic and English writing is essential).
  • Ensure accuracy of content, pricing, and inventory across the website and marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technology, and product teams to enhance user experience, site traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Develop initiatives aimed at delivering engaging customer experiences to drive conversions and retention.
  • Analyze data from analytics, customer feedback, and competitor research to discover growth opportunities.
  • Manage product forecasting to align supply with customer demand.
  • Ensure stock delivery accuracy for all new product launches.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and conduct ad-hoc reporting on sales, stock, and customer service performance.
  • Stay abreast of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
