Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement all e-commerce initiatives, ensuring smooth daily operations across online platforms.
- Manage daily order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and customer service across all channels.
- Craft and own the e-commerce strategy, KPIs, and P&L to boost sales and profitability.
- Oversee account management for all sales channel partners and vendors.
- Lead the workflows for new product setups and listings (proficiency in Arabic and English writing is essential).
- Ensure accuracy of content, pricing, and inventory across the website and marketplaces.
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, and product teams to enhance user experience, site traffic, and conversion rates.
- Develop initiatives aimed at delivering engaging customer experiences to drive conversions and retention.
- Analyze data from analytics, customer feedback, and competitor research to discover growth opportunities.
- Manage product forecasting to align supply with customer demand.
- Ensure stock delivery accuracy for all new product launches.
- Prepare monthly management reports and conduct ad-hoc reporting on sales, stock, and customer service performance.
