Demonstrated experience in team management and development. Proven track record of leading business transformations and identifying new growth opportunities. Experience with e-commerce partners covering site design, maintenance, and online campaigns. Proficient in back-end CMS merchandising and site management, ideally with Salesforce. Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset. Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and adept at multitasking with effective organizational skills. Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying information effectively to both internal teams and senior management.

We are excited to welcome a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team in Milan as the Online Store Management Leader. This role requires a strong background in e-commerce, as you will be at the forefront of our digital retail operations.


In this position, reporting directly to the Head of Brand Partnerships, you will oversee the comprehensive management of our e-commerce platform. Your leadership will guide a team of experts focused on optimizing the online store to drive sales, enhance the user experience, and achieve our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at achieving sales growth and objectives.

  • Define and execute the overarching commercial strategy.

  • Act as the primary liaison with brand partners, ensuring that the website aligns with their branding guidelines.

  • Continuously analyze competitor practices to identify new business opportunities.

  • Manage daily operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

  • Address customer inquiries and support requests to maintain high satisfaction levels.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales and promotional campaigns.

  • Utilize performance data to make informed, data-driven decisions.

  • Oversee SEO initiatives to enhance search engine visibility and optimize user experience.

  • Ensure quality assurance and resolve technical issues promptly.

  • Support the onboarding process for new team members.

  • Maintain compliance with data privacy and consumer protection laws.

  • Manage the budget for brands, including allocations for purchasing, marketing, and technology investments.
