Mission of the Role

As a Technical Program Management Engineer at ASM, you will play a key role in driving product change initiatives that will shape the future of semiconductor technology. Collaborating with global teams, you will ensure seamless transitions from concept to execution, optimizing processes to align with operational needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale innovation while developing your expertise in systems engineering and project management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product baseline and change processes for a specific business unit.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand product baselines and change control requirements.
  • Identify components and assemblies to ensure effective implementation of product changes across operations and customer bases.
  • Develop and enhance product change management processes to boost efficiency and minimize inventory impact.
  • Provide product support to manufacturing, supply chain, and product management teams.
  • Manage engineering documentation, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Oversee planning functions to guarantee effective change implementation timelines.
  • Maintain proficiency in PLM and ERP systems, BOM platforms, and DMU modeling.
