Your Role
As a Recruiter on our Early Talent team, you will collaborate with various departments to establish strategic recruitment processes, enhance our brand presence, and build enduring relationships with emerging talent worldwide.
Collaborate with engineering hiring managers to devise targeted hiring strategies that attract top early-career talent.
Oversee the complete recruitment process, including conducting interviews, managing offers, and supervising intern programs.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Whatnot at university and early-career events, with travel required during peak campus times.
Refine the early talent recruiting process by gathering and implementing feedback from candidates and other insights.
Foster long-term relationships with high-potential candidates by understanding their aspirations and aligning them with opportunities at Whatnot.
