We are excited to announce an opening for an EHS Advisor to become a vital part of our on-site team in Dublin, Ireland.

  • Assist the Project Management team along with the Site EHS Manager and Lead.
  • Ensure compliance with Winthrop's Safety Management System and relevant statutory Environmental, Health & Safety regulations.
  • Review method statements, risk assessments, and safe work plans.
  • Uphold good safety practices and ensure ongoing C. O. S. H. H assessments for hazardous substances.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of statutory inspections and ensure availability for project activities.
  • Promote a proactive approach to project EHS requirements.
  • Work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS policies among project subcontractors.
  • Organize and manage Winthrop's induction and training processes.
  • Facilitate Toolbox talks as required.
  • Assist in conducting timely accident investigations and communicate findings to management.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of welfare and hygiene facilities on-site.
  • Participate in daily briefings and meetings to discuss project progress.
  • Support waste reduction and recycling initiatives in alignment with project policies.
