In this role, you will oversee all administrative and field construction activities for a data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA, ensuring that they meet quality standards while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This position requires a commitment of 58 hours per week, working six days a week from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the project in alignment with established plans, schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise subcontractors and field personnel on-site.
- Champion safety practices in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy.
- Collaborate with Project Manager(s) to oversee project schedules, budgets, and staffing needs.
- Utilize scheduling software to develop and maintain project timelines, including two-week look-ahead schedules.
- Assist in the procurement and selection of major subcontractors.
- Propose cost-saving measures, schedule improvements, scope reductions, and quality enhancements.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant, including closeout documents, submittals, and daily logs.
