Join EPI Power, a leading electrical contractor and subsidiary of The Weitz Company, as a Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee all administrative and field construction activities for a data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA, ensuring that they meet quality standards while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. You will demonstrate leadership by adhering to company policies, achieving collaborative goals, mentoring team members, and cultivating a positive work environment.


This position requires a commitment of 58 hours per week, working six days a week from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the project in alignment with established plans, schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors and field personnel on-site.
  • Champion safety practices in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager(s) to oversee project schedules, budgets, and staffing needs.
  • Utilize scheduling software to develop and maintain project timelines, including two-week look-ahead schedules.
  • Assist in the procurement and selection of major subcontractors.
  • Propose cost-saving measures, schedule improvements, scope reductions, and quality enhancements.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant, including closeout documents, submittals, and daily logs.
