```Duties:```
- Oversee daily operations of the Service Division, managing service calls, small projects, and maintenance tasks
- Schedule and allocate service technicians to optimize productivity and response times
- Approve service estimates, time and materials work, and pricing structures
- Take ownership of service revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, and overall operational performance
- Lead, mentor, and hold service technicians accountable to high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
- Ensure precise job documentation, prompt invoicing, and thorough project closeouts
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers, property managers, and general contractors
- Implement safety policies and ensure adherence to OSHA and NEC regulations
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
