Qualifications
Essential ResponsibilitiesLead the definition of physics-based requirements, modeling, and simulations, emphasizing a robust understanding of electromagnetic environmental effects. Manage E3 analysis, mitigation strategies, and testing across various products, from Low Earth Orbit (LEO) to deep space scenarios. Design and execute EMI/EMC test campaigns, including requirements flow-down and coordination with external testing laboratories. Initiate the development of internal tools, databases, and automated testing frameworks to ensure consistent documentation and accessibility of effects and mitigations. Represent the EMI/EMC engineering function during design reviews, trade studies, and critical program milestones. Collaborate with Electrical Engineers (EE), Mechanical Engineers (ME), DSP, software, and test engineers to design robust systems and validate performance.

As an Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) / Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer, you will spearhead the development, analysis, and testing processes to ensure system performance is resilient against electromagnetic environmental effects (E3). Your role will involve extensive analysis, design, and testing at the board, subsystem, and system levels, addressing EMI compatibility challenges, conducting root cause investigations, and collaborating with electrical, DSP, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to enhance product reliability, resilience, and performance.
