Role Overview: Employee Experience Program Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
The Employee Experience Program Manager serves as both a cultural ambassador and a program manager, shaping the full employee experience at Hadrian. This person will design and manage programs, rituals, and systems that support engagement from onboarding through development and retention. The goal: create scalable frameworks that build clarity, connection, belonging, and alignment across the organization.
This role blends employee engagement, program management, internal communications, and culture building. It requires balancing strategy with hands-on execution, setting up the operational structure for programs to run smoothly at scale, and ensuring each initiative feels genuine and human. Success in this position comes from thoughtful, proactive work that values people and recognizes that strong cultures are built through intentional systems and experiences.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a cultural ambassador by translating company values into real programs, rituals, and experiences that employees encounter every day. Protect and nurture the unique aspects of Hadrian’s culture as the company grows.
- Develop and manage a 12-month programming calendar for employee experience, ensuring each month includes at least one intentional, meaningful initiative.
