Resource Innovations is actively searching for an Energy Efficiency Program Manager to become a vital part of our expanding team in Pennsylvania. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Program Manager with a robust background in energy efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage a talented team of internal staff and subcontractors, overseeing the implementation of a federally funded Home Appliance and Electrification Rebate program designed to provide energy and cost savings for residents across the state.
Your responsibilities will encompass daily operational oversight, including energy assessments, contractor management, reporting and forecasting, as well as ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. The Program Manager will be a key figure both internally and externally, responsible for crafting both short- and long-term implementation plans, spearheading program activities, and nurturing trusted relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and program contacts.
