Your Role
As an Engineering Lead, you will leverage your expertise in web development and team management to drive successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, managing team performance, and participating in recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Lead a squad of developers while actively coding and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently in collaboration with Product Managers and Tech Leads.
Team Development: Nurture and evaluate your team members, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning through regular performance reviews.
Recruitment: Engage in the candidate screening process and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruitment strategies.
