Team Mission
Accelerate growth across our Marketplace categories through innovative customer-facing product development.
Your Role
- Lead hiring and performance evaluation for a diverse team of 6–7 engineers, ranging from junior to senior levels across mobile, backend, and frontend disciplines, while fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with your Product Manager in a dynamic partnership to shape and execute the product roadmap, ensuring strong team ownership.
- Encourage a culture that thrives in uncertainty, embraces experimentation, and evolves continuously based on insights.
- Steer architecture and design conversations, ensuring high-quality technical decisions throughout the stack.
- Promote an experimental mindset, using data and customer feedback to validate concepts and iterate rapidly.
- Address complex technical challenges pragmatically in a customer-centric, multi-service environment.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives.
