By 2025, Theodo is projected to generate €100M in revenue.
The technical team at Theodo comprises 120 software engineers, tech leads, and architects from top engineering schools, along with 13 Engineering Managers to ensure their success.
Your Mission:
- Manage and develop Tech Leads: You will support 1 to 4 Tech Leads in their skill enhancement and personal growth.
- Ensure technical delivery: You will guarantee code quality (3S: stability, security, speed), milestone adherence, and architecture robustness.
- Contribute to business development: Engage in strategic discussions with clients (CIOs, sponsors...), help identify opportunities, and play an active role in pre-sales with our sales team.
