About the Team and Role
The Customer Care & Concierge Engineering team is dedicated to developing innovative products and platforms that cater to Robinhood's most engaged customers. Our team creates a suite of tools and services, including customized support experiences, tax workflows, and estate planning solutions, empowering customers to confidently manage significant aspects of their financial lives. As we enter a robust growth phase, we're expanding our offerings to create a comprehensive private family office experience for our clients!
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented group of engineers focused on building and scaling essential product features for this premium customer segment. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to define and deliver customer-centric solutions from conception to launch, while also enhancing the foundational platform to facilitate expansion into new markets. This role is perfect for a technically adept leader who thrives on developing products from the ground up, iterating based on customer insights, and mentoring early-career engineers. You will significantly influence both the product strategy and the engineering culture within a team that impacts various areas of Robinhood!
