This Enterprise Account Executive role is based in Pasadena, CA. Candidates must be located near the Pasadena office and able to work on-site two days each week.
What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) with Redgate’s top 5% enterprise customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships by understanding each customer’s core business challenges.
- Position Redgate’s solutions across customer organizations through strong relationship-building.
- Keep up with competitors, market trends, and relevant products.
- Use Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage the sales process, report on progress, and plan accounts.
- Travel to customer sites as needed.
- Contribute to team and company initiatives, including strategy sessions, sales training, marketing, and customer support activities.
