This Enterprise Account Executive role is based in Pasadena, CA. Candidates must be located near the Pasadena office and able to work on-site two days each week.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) with Redgate’s top 5% enterprise customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding each customer’s core business challenges.
  • Position Redgate’s solutions across customer organizations through strong relationship-building.
  • Keep up with competitors, market trends, and relevant products.
  • Use Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage the sales process, report on progress, and plan accounts.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Contribute to team and company initiatives, including strategy sessions, sales training, marketing, and customer support activities.
