Key Responsibilities:Devise and implement sales strategies for the designated territory to achieve and exceed quotas through effective prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing of sales opportunities. Develop and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline to navigate numerous strategic transactions through the sales lifecycle. Recognize and seize new growth opportunities by engaging with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts. Articulate Rubrik's solutions within intricate data center design environments. Collaborate and co-sell with partners, distributors, and VARs to accelerate growth. Provide valuable feedback to Rubrik management regarding local market opportunities, new business prospects, and channel partnerships. Experience Requirements:Over 10 years of experience in technology sales, particularly in IT infrastructure or SaaS—preferably both. A proven track record of acquiring new logos. Demonstrated success in selling to Fortune 100 end users. Experience generating pipeline through self-sourced activities leading to net new business. Familiarity with and practical use of the MEDDPICC sales qualification framework. Knowledge of and experience in working with channel partners. A highly driven and goal-oriented individual with a proactive “get it done” mindset.

As an Enterprise Account Executive focusing on the Public Sector, you will be responsible for driving bookings growth in both new and existing accounts throughout West India. We are in search of a tenacious self-starter who is intensely focused on securing new customers by identifying and nurturing new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and executing account strategies, while also fostering expansion within our current customer base. The Account Executive will be expected to generate a robust pipeline daily while collaborating closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to consistently exceed sales quotas.
