Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Own and enhance Scale’s enterprise GTM operating model, focusing on account engagement strategies, funnel design, and sales execution standards. Design and manage the enterprise RevOps systems stack, including CRM, forecasting, reporting, and planning tools to support scalable growth. Define, track, and operationalize key enterprise GTM metrics such as pipeline health, deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and representative productivity. Establish and manage sales operating cadences, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, quarterly business reviews, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance to design and maintain enterprise sales compensation plans, ensuring quota governance and reporting on attainment. Create executive-level dashboards and reports to facilitate GTM decision-making and enhance leadership visibility. Act as a strategic advisor to Enterprise Sales leaders, providing insights on account coverage, prioritization, and engagement strategies. Serve as a liaison across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Solutions Engineering for effective enterprise GTM planning and execution. Support annual and quarterly planning activities, including territory design, capacity modeling, headcount planning, and quota setting. Ensure data integrity and operational discipline within all enterprise GTM activities. Initially function as a senior individual contributor with a clear pathway to hiring and leading a dynamic GTM/RevOps team. Qualifications:8–12+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy roles, particularly in enterprise sales environments. Proven experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes in high-growth B2B SaaS or platform companies.

The ideal candidate will bring a robust perspective on how Scale engages with enterprise accounts, measures performance, and operates daily to foster predictable growth.
