Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field);A minimum of 5 years of sales experience;Proven track record in selling technical solutions in complex organizational structures with multiple decision-makers;Strong results orientation and negotiation skills;Exceptional ability to establish relationships with senior decision-makers;Prior experience in managing complex projects and technical knowledge. Preferred Qualifications:Experience or knowledge in the Healthcare/Digital Health sector;Active network within clinics, health groups, or private hospitals;Experience in international or multinational SaaS environments.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our expanding team in the Northern region. The ideal candidate has spent 50-80% of their career in software companies specializing in Enterprise SaaS.

Your experience should ideally cover one or more of the following sectors, particularly within the healthcare domain:

  • CRM
  • ERP
  • Accounting and Administrative Management
  • Business Intelligence
  • Hospital Information Systems
  • Other complex enterprise software (e.g., back-office solutions, industrial software, or specific management systems)

The successful candidate will be adept at engaging with top-level decision-makers and key management roles within target organizations, specifically:

  • General Director
  • Administrative Director
  • IT Director
  • Marketing Director

Critical skills include:

  • Identifying, reaching out to, and meeting potential clients;
  • Understanding their needs and presenting TuoTempo solutions;
  • Managing the sales negotiation process through to contract closure.

Additionally, the ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with all strategic managerial levels within client organizations is essential.
