Join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative (ELSR), where you will embark on a dynamic career in residential and commercial sales. This entry-level position serves as a stepping stone towards becoming a Residential Sales Inspector or a Commercial Sales Consultant. Your role will involve comprehensive training followed by a focus on innovative Door-2-Door (D2D) sales strategies, engaging with customers through creative sales techniques, and generating valuable sales leads.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Securing D2D residential sales in termite control, pest control, mosquito control, and specialized pest management services.
- Acquiring C4 commercial sales in pest control, termite control, mosquito control, and specialized pest management services.
- Facilitating “previous owner” Sentricon sales to support our real estate initiatives.
- Implementing additional creative sales programs as directed by sales management.
- Conducting thorough inspections of properties to ensure accurate sales proposals.
- Utilizing and maintaining various sales organizational tools, including prelists and customer reports.
- Pricing services and products according to company pricing schedules.
- Addressing customer complaints in line with company policy and promptly notifying management of any issues beyond your authority.
- Assisting the Sales Manager or District Manager in recruiting new sales representatives as required.
- Taking responsible care of sales equipment and supplies, as well as your assigned sales vehicle, adhering to company guidelines.
- Complying with all company policies and maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
- Collaborating effectively with district and departmental personnel, as well as other divisions.
- Contributing positively to community activities and assuming the obligations of good citizenship.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
