Role overview
The ERP Automation Consultant position is based onsite in Zurich and blends functional consulting with project management. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, supporting the smooth rollout of BLP Digital’s automation solutions and ensuring clients receive measurable value. Collaboration with both clients and internal teams is a key part of the job.
What you will do
- Partner with sales and client teams to gather requirements and develop tailored implementation plans.
- Oversee the complete implementation process, from planning to go-live, with attention to quality and client satisfaction.
- Work alongside developers to address technical challenges, adapt solutions to fit client workflows, and integrate with existing ERP systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients during implementations, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
- Collect client feedback and feature requests, sharing insights with the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and automation technology is a plus.
