As an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Viant Technology, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and office support to our vibrant Chicago location. Daily Activities
- Oversee Core Sales schedules and manage travel arrangements.
- Prepare and track business expense reports for sales activities.
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings, client events, and social gatherings, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost care.
- Generate weekly sales reports utilizing Google Docs and Google Sheets, informed by Salesforce data.
- Manage all operational aspects of the Chicago office, including conference room scheduling, supply orders, kitchen inventory, and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Act as the primary liaison between office management and vendors, ensuring smooth vendor management processes.
- Assist in cultivating company culture and planning team-building events.
- Organize and manage company-wide and regional offsites.
