ResponsibilitiesOversee and enhance executive calendars, meetings, and communications to align with business priorities. Arrange intricate travel logistics, including itineraries and accommodations. Develop high-quality materials such as presentations, agendas, reports, and correspondence. Anticipate executive needs by proactively addressing issues and ensuring smooth daily operations. Organize and manage meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and materials. Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up. Act as a liaison with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Maintain and manage essential business data, tracking tools, and proposals. QualificationsDemonstrated experience in a role providing high-level administrative support. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure. Exemplary organizational skills, attention to detail, cross-department collaboration, and relationship-building abilities. Experience in the construction or related industry is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Bridget Bench, and Click Up or equivalent tools is a plus. Experience with prequalifications, take-offs, bids, and scheduling is advantageous.
