HubSpot is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our EMEA Sales Vice Presidents in Dublin.

This position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance every Thursday. The successful candidate will work closely with 1-2 of our Sales VPs, contributing to their efficiency and effectiveness.

Role & Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will assist HubSpot’s Sales VPs with their daily priorities, calendar management, and scheduling. You will work closely with the Global Executive Sales Leadership team and coordinate efforts with other executive assistants and key stakeholders.

As HubSpot expands as a global, hybrid organization, we seek an Executive Assistant who can leverage critical thinking and exceptional organizational skills to maximize the effectiveness of our Sales VPs and executive team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the Sales VP's calendars; fielding meeting requests and coordinating schedules using Google Calendar while collaborating with the VPs to prioritize tasks for the upcoming week.
  • Managing travel arrangements; taking ownership of logistics for executive travel, including booking flights and accommodations.
  • Facilitating in-office meetings and events; responsible for managing logistics for Sales VP's events or meetings at HubSpot’s offices or local venues.
  • Collaborating effectively with HubSpot’s executive assistants and key stakeholders; being a team player is essential.
