Contract Details

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract for an existing vacancy. The role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with remote work flexibility.

Role Overview

The Executive Creative Producer will join the Global Studios team, which develops digital products and campaigns designed to drive conversion and shape client perceptions. The team is known for delivering hyper-personalized communications that influence behavior and grow market share.

This position leads a key business unit supporting a major e-commerce platform connected to Google. The work focuses on managing complex digital workflows and finding new ways to improve processes. The Executive Creative Producer ensures that every digital experience, product launch, and marketing campaign meets high standards for design and functionality.

The role calls for a systems-oriented thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and curiosity about code. The ideal candidate is comfortable building new tools to help the team work smarter, not just relying on what exists. Strong client management, leadership, and mentorship skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in emerging technology and strategic project delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Client Partnership: Act as the main strategic lead for client relationships, aligning with their product marketing strategy and web design standards.
  • Process Architecture: Build and document team knowledge by creating playbooks and standardizing workflows to support scalable, high-quality work.
  • Systems Innovation: Identify and implement new solutions that improve operational efficiency.
