In your role as the Executive Director of Professional Services for CCaaS, you will oversee projects and lead teams handling the most intricate Contact Center applications. Acting as the primary project owner, you will engage with clients to drive meaningful conversations. You will be an operational leader who comprehends the business implications of technology decisions, adeptly communicating their significance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include owning the software development lifecycle, transforming ideas into actionable solutions, and working collaboratively in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities. You will lead a team composed of engineers and solution architects.
- Recognized as a thought leader in CX transformation, Process Automation, Digital Transformation, and Omnichannel technologies.
- Collaborate across the organization and partner ecosystem to leverage the right resources and technologies for each opportunity.
- Exemplary customer-facing presentation skills with a strong capability to direct implementation teams and projects.

- Drive client leadership to establish overarching business relationships and engagement strategies, maintaining a client-centric focus while managing some internal functional matters and partner collaborations.
- Possess existing knowledge and/or industry certifications in Webex Collaboration, Amazon Connect, Genesys Engage/Cloud, Zoom, Google CCAI, NICE CXone, Verint, Calabrio, CRMs, and process automation technologies.
