About the Role
As the Executive Support Specialist to our CEO and CCO, you will be the operational backbone that ensures Hadley Designs continues to thrive. You will be responsible for managing communications, priorities, and key projects, allowing our founders to concentrate on what they excel at, designing innovative products and steering long-term growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Protect the time of the CEO and CCO by managing their email, schedules, and daily priorities.
- Organize, track, and update essential processes, ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) reflect the most current feedback.
- Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively, allowing both leaders to maintain focus on strategic and creative endeavors.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and communications across internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Support organization-wide projects, collaborating with department heads to ensure initiatives remain on track.
- Prepare and refine documents, presentations, and reports with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain ClickUp dashboards, L10 agendas, and company scorecards.
- Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Organize travel, events, and both business and personal logistics for the executive team.
- Identify and enhance efficiencies within administrative and operational workflows.
