Your Impact

Pearce Services is looking for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dedicated team. This role involves servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment at telecom shelters situated at cell tower sites. It is an exciting and dynamic position, ideal for responsible, self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and advance within the Telecom industry. We require candidates to be based in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain cooling systems through diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing or replacing components.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Carry out maintenance or upgrades on seasonal HVAC equipment.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency situations.
  • Complete daily work reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
