Job Responsibilities

Create comprehensive MEP design drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Perform load calculations, energy analyses, and system sizing.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems.
Determine material needs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)/RAB.
Supervise construction activities to guarantee adherence to design standards and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical challenges.
Keep abreast of the latest building codes, industry standards, and sustainable design practices.
