Position Overview
We are seeking an Experimentation Manager to craft and enhance acquisition funnels for one of our health and fitness applications. Your focus will be on optimizing subscription conversion, increasing ARPU, and expanding our audience. By leveraging data, experimentation, and user insights, you will design impactful funnel and monetization improvements that will assist millions of users.
Core Responsibilities
Generate and prioritize hypotheses aimed at enhancing conversion rates and ARPU from our quiz funnels, which are key to new user acquisition.
Oversee the complete cycle of funnel experiments: planning, launching, analyzing, and refining through A/B testing.
Cultivate in-depth product knowledge through analytics, user feedback, competitive analysis, and insights from our experimentation history.
Support acquisition efforts by designing tailored end-to-end experiences for diverse audiences and traffic sources.
Collaborate closely with the design, engineering, analytics, content, and product teams to implement funnel enhancements.
Continuously convert experiment outcomes into stronger follow-up hypotheses and subsequent tests.
Manage user expectations on their journey to better health and bridge marketing and product initiatives.
Innovate new funnel concepts that align with emerging health and fitness trends.
