Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales of turnkey infrastructure projects related to water and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Utilize market insights and your regional experience to uncover and secure new business opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals within designated sectors.
- Contribute to achieving annual sales targets and bolstering the company’s overall growth trajectory.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure maximum profitability.
Client Engagement:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients in sectors such as industrial, municipal/government, oil & gas, and hospitality.
- Assess and meet the unique water treatment requirements of each client.
Technical Sales Support:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the solution development process.
- Recommend tailored products and systems that align with clients’ specific technical needs.
Proposal & Estimation Support:
- Collaborate with estimation and proposal teams to deliver comprehensive technical input, including client budgets, cost analyses, competitor insights, and project timelines.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about trends, technologies, and competitor activities within the MENA region.
- Identify emerging opportunities and contribute strategic insights.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work in unison with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Align cross-departmental efforts to maximize client satisfaction.
After-Sales & Customer Support:
- Deliver comprehensive client support throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-installation follow-up.
- Address technical inquiries and resolve issues to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
