We are looking for a passionate Behavior Technician to become an integral part of our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver essential behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, making a profound impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply behavior management techniques rooted in applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collaborate in developing and executing individualized care plans tailored to each patient.
- Provide hands-on patient care utilizing effective behavioral therapy methods.
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain precise documentation and records of patient progress.
- Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in creating and implementing care plans is advantageous.
