Join Our Team as an Inbound Customer Service Representative!
Location: Amarillo, TX, USA
Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? As a vital member of our team, you will assist healthcare subscribers with their annual enrollment and address various health insurance inquiries. This role requires empathy, effective communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve.
You will handle inbound calls, provide necessary information, and occasionally follow up with subscribers. Please note that this position does not involve sales.
Upon successful completion of a comprehensive training program (approximately 6 weeks, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM), you will be assigned to shifts that may start as early as 7 AM or end as late as 10 PM. Additional shifts may be available based on seniority, and there may be mandatory overtime, particularly during peak seasons, including weekends and holidays.
