Role Overview: Rental Service Agent Based in Amsterdam, the Rental Service Agent is central to both rental operations and RV sales. This role combines customer service with sales responsibilities, ensuring every interaction meets Indie Campers’ standards. The agent supports customers throughout their rental journey and guides potential buyers through RV demonstrations and the sales process. Main Responsibilities Customer Service & Operations: Handle check-ins and check-outs, lead briefings, and offer ongoing rental support. Address emergencies and resolve service issues with empathy. Sales Demonstrations & Engagement: Prepare and conduct RV demonstrations, highlighting features and specifications. Respond to customer questions, ensure smooth handovers, and manage documentation. Sales Conversion & Lead Management: Track leads, demonstrations, and follow-ups using the CRM system. Identify opportunities to convert rental customers into buyers and support the RV Sales District and City Lead in reaching targets. Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Maintain strong knowledge of Indie Campers RV models. Demonstrate basic vehicle systems (such as lighting and gas), troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive roles. Communication: Strong skills in engaging and supporting customers. Technical Understanding: Ability to explain and demonstrate RV or vehicle systems clearly.
