Your Role:

This pivotal position oversees the people and organization strategy for the EMEA region, managing all facets of the employee lifecycle to ensure the delivery of effective, equitable, and compliance-driven practices that embody our entrepreneurial spirit. Collaborating closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, you will translate business needs into actionable people practices, enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience, foster a vibrant culture, and develop long-term capabilities to achieve our objectives, drive quality growth, and uphold our core values across multiple countries.
As a key member of the EMEA Leadership Team, you will go beyond functional strategy, working with the ELT to guide Patagonia EMEA. This role demands collaboration, as you will co-create high-level strategies with the ELT, convert strategies into execution plans, and implement these with key stakeholders, making decisions that significantly impact Patagonia EMEA’s long-term trajectory and cultural success.
Main Responsibilities:
People, Culture, and Justice Organization: Develop the PC+J organization, managing resources and shaping a culture conducive to innovation, co-creation, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring scalability and agility. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through clear priorities, feedback, and ongoing coaching, promoting leadership, professional growth, accountability, and objective achievement.
People, Culture, and Justice Strategy: Design the people and organizational strategy in alignment with EMEA long-range planning and global PC+J agenda, facilitating EMEA business priorities and goals. Transform strategy into actionable roadmaps and oversee execution, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery.
Organizational Effectiveness: Plan, manage, and evolve strategic workforce planning to enhance organizational performance and effectiveness.
