Position Overview
We seek a dynamic Director of Operational Excellence to spearhead the development of a robust system that fosters continuous improvement across Reframe's manufacturing facilities. This role is pivotal in establishing a repeatable improvement engine and a replication playbook that ensures that insights gained in one factory set the standard for all others.
This is not a floor management position; rather, it is a corporate-level role responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing system. You will be in charge of improvement cadence, standard work governance, and cross-factory learning processes. Leading a dedicated team that encompasses Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Environmental Health and Safety, you will have the unique opportunity to define and expand this function in its early stages, ultimately shaping the backbone of Reframe's operations as we scale.
