About the Role
As a Senior Atlassian Consultant specializing in Service Management, you will assist organizations in designing and optimizing their service management ecosystem utilizing Jira Service Management and other related Atlassian tools.
Your clients will range from emerging businesses to large enterprises looking to modernize their service delivery systems.
Your responsibilities will often start with analyzing current service operations:
- Assessing how incidents are managed
- Evaluating service workflows
- Identifying areas for improvement
