Key Responsibilities
The Junior Recruiter will take on the following responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing candidates for client vacancies
- Conducting thorough screenings and interviews of potential candidates
- Providing candidates with detailed information about roles and clients
- Submitting qualified candidates along with evaluations to our clients
- Matching candidates to job opportunities by analyzing job descriptions and requirements
- Creating attractive job postings to draw in top talent
- Conducting database searches and utilizing various CV sources
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process
- Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Delivering timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs, culture, and business goals
- Participating in ongoing training to enhance performance
- Reporting to the Recruitment Supervisor and collaborating within a defined team
- Contributing positively to the company’s culture and work environment
Qualifications
To be considered for the Junior Recruiter position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, Talent Sourcer, or in a similar capacity
- Familiarity with the full-cycle recruitment process and best practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Exceptional sourcing skills and proficiency in using diverse recruitment platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages (especially Dutch or Italian) being an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
- A collaborative team player, quick learner, and positive thinker
- Proven capability to effectively assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
