PeopleCert is seeking a Senior Copywriter who will be pivotal in crafting impactful copy that brings our brands to life across various communication channels and audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, with the ability to convert complex information into engaging narratives that resonate with a diverse global audience of professionals and organizations. We are in search of a creative thinker who excels in storytelling through eloquent writing, while also recognizing the commercial value of their creativity and prioritizing impact and results in every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop persuasive and engaging copy for diverse external platforms, including websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, both digital and print advertising, and promotional materials.
- Convert intricate information, particularly regarding certification products such as ITIL, PRINCE2, DEVOPS INSTITUTE, and LANGUAGECERT, into clear, audience-friendly messaging.
- Lead the creation of compelling communication concepts, producing original and strategic ideas that enhance engagement and drive results.
- Compose clear and impactful content for internal communications and employer branding, effectively communicating company culture, values, and initiatives.
- Work in close collaboration with design, digital, product marketing, and brand management teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and successful campaign execution.
- Maintain and evolve the PeopleCert brand voice and tone across all communications.
- Edit and refine copy authored by others to ensure quality and precision.
- Contribute to naming, taglines, campaign concepts, and other creative initiatives that foster brand awareness and loyalty.
- Encourage creativity and explore innovative ways to engage with our audiences.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s core values: quality, innovation, passion, integrity, clarity, and velocity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Languages, or Arts; other relevant academic backgrounds may be considered. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in English copywriting, preferably within a Digital Marketing context.
- Demonstrated success in campaign development, particularly in concept creation and execution.
