Key Responsibilities- Identify and create new items for repair within the electronic and motor department.- Document and archive all new setup and testing procedures.- Provide training to technicians on updated setup procedures.- Support the department head in sourcing all necessary test equipment.- Collaborate with the department head to organize and manage departmental goals related to growth, service excellence, and profitability.- Offer on-the-job training to ensure that all electronic technicians receive proper guidance.- Digitally archive test procedures into the system.- Recommend replacement units to customers as required.- Assist in the crossover of foreign or obsolete parts.- Engage in work on legacy products.- Execute production work as needed.- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
